Associate Sponsor Promotion

Hastings United Football Club is once again running a special promotion, in order to find an Associate Sponsor for the 2008-09 season.

Interested parties, be they companies, associations, or individuals, are invited to make a one-off additional sponsorship contribution in the form of a ticket that will enter them into a draw, from which the new Associate Sponsor will be randomly selected. The cost of each ticket will be only £100 plus VAT.

There are many benefits of being United’s Associate Sponsor, and for the tax deductable expense of only £100 plus VAT, you could be the beneficiary of all of the following for the 2008/09 season, as well as raising the profile of your business or association within the town, and the wider community.

• Your name, or that of your company or association, displayed on the back of First Team shirts.

• Naming rights for the Elphinstone Road End stand.

• Matchday programme sponsorship.

• Six corporate season tickets, to include boardroom hospitality.

• Your name, or that of your company or association, displayed at the entrance to the Pilot Field.

• Acknowledgement of your Associate Sponsor status on the Club's website with a link to your own website.

In addition, ALL entrants will receive a guaranteed benefit in the form of advertising or sponsorship via one of the following packages available from the Club. Twenty-three of each package will initially be available, with further benefits being allocated in the event of there being more than ninety-two entrants.

COMPANY DAY (value £190)

• Twenty complimentary tickets for employees, friends or family to a grade C game of your choice.
• Complimentary programmes for each guest.

BALLBOYS / BALLGIRLS SPONSORSHIP (value £125)

• Company featured on matchday programme cover.
• Four complimentary matchday tickets for Directors Box.
• Pre-match and post-match hospitality in Boardroom.
• Complimentary programmes.
• Company mentions via PA announcements.
• Photo opportunities.

MATCHDAY BALL SPONSORSHIP (value £50)

• Two complimentary matchday tickets for Directors Box.
• Pre-match and post-match hospitality in the Boardroom.
• Company or individual details in programme and via PA announcements.

MASCOT PACKAGE (value £50)

• Mascot to run out with First Team on matchday.
• Two complimentary matchday tickets for Directors Box.
• Pre-match and post-match hospitality in the Boardroom.
• Mascot profile in matchday programme.
• Photo opportunities.

So, in short, this is how it works.

1. Make a sponsorship contribution of £100 + VAT. There is of course no limit on how many additional contributions any company or individual can make.

2. The draw will take place during a home pre-season friendly to be announced.

3. One ticket will be drawn at random and the winner will become the Club's Associate Sponsor for the 2008/09 season.

4. The draw will continue, with every entrant guaranteed a prize, as detailed above.

5. Each entrant will be given a choice of the available prizes in the order that their names are drawn.
