	First Team Manager John Lambert
Hugely popular local footballing figure, who was appointed to the job in May 2008, following a successful season in charge of United Reserves, and four months after a brief stint in caretaker charge of the senior side. First played at the Pilot Field for the original Hastings United in the mid-1970s, making his Southern League debut in 1977, before moving to County League neighbours Hastings Town in 1980. Five years later, with United having gone out of business, and Town promoted to the Southern League in their place, he returned to the Pilot Field for two more seasons, before winding down his playing career with several seasons in local football. Gained management experience with Bexhill and Westfield, before rejoining the Club in the summer of 2007, earning great respect for his nurturing of United's talented young Reserve squad, and even rolling back the years by turning out in defence on several occasions.
	First Team Assistant Manager Wayne Farrier
Right hand man to John Lambert during his managerial stints at Westfield and United Reserves, who then joined him in stepping up to the First Team role at the Pilot Field in May 2008. Spent a large part of his playing career at Stamco, during their meteoric rise from local football to the Southern League. Also captained Sidley United to the County League title in 2001, before ending his playing days at Westfield, and moving into management.
	Lorraine Western Sports Injury Therapist
Joined the backroom staff at the Pilot Field during the summer of 2007, having previously fulfilled a similar role with County League neighbours Rye United.
	Sara Broughton Sports Massage Therapist
A member of United's backroom staff for several years, including a spell as Club physio. Also a former official website administrator.

Signed for the Club in June 2008, to begin a third spell at the Pilot Field. First joined United on work experience from Brighton in March 2004, and returned briefly during the following season when he was second choice keeper at Albion for a lengthy spell. Was subsequently released by the Football League side and enjoyed stints with Ramsgate, Worthing, Burgess Hill and Horsham YMCA, before rejoining Burgess Hill for the 2007/08 campaign. Was subsequently released by the Club less than two weeks into the new season.

Rejoined the Club in August 2008 after leaving Eastbourne Town, where he was coming off a player of the season award winning year. First signed for United from St Leonards in December 2003, but never truly established himself as a First Team regular and departed in February 2005. Son of former Hastings Town keeper and director Dave Nessling and elder brother of Paul.

Signed from Blue Square Premier neighbours Eastbourne Borough on a dual registration basis in September 2008 to bolster United's defensive options. Started his career at Oxford City, before heading to Slough Town, and then on to Abingdon Town ahead of the 2006/07 season. Moved to Sussex twelve months later and joined Borough after a successful pre-season trial, featuring prominently in their promotion winning campaign.

Joined the Club from Westfield in the summer of 2007, going on to miss only two matches for the Reserves during the season that followed, while also playing for the Youth Team. Usually employed as a left back, but more frequently played in midfield for the Under 18 side.

Hugely promising young central defender who first played for the Youth Team in 2006 when aged only fifteen, and grew in stature upon stepping up to the Reserves the following season, even scoring an unlikely hattrick on his way to collecting a Hastings Intermediate Cup winners medal. Handed a one year contract after signing for the First Team in June 2008.

Central defender who first came to United's attention playing against them for his former side Hollington United. Signed for the Club in August 2007 after impressing during a pre-season trial period, and became a First Team regular throughout the second half of the season, scoring his first league goal in United's final day victory at Leyton.

Joined the Club in January 2005, becoming a regular in the Reserves, before earning a deserved First Team call-up just a couple of months later. Usually operates at right back, but can also play in the centre of defence, and has also been utilised as a holding player in central midfield on occasions. Finally broke his goalscoring duck for United in the home victory over Margate in September 2007.

Returned to the Pilot Field for a third spell in August 2008, after a couple of seasons with local County League neighbours Sidley United and Bexhill United. First played for the Club as a fifteen year old, before joining Gillingham, but was released after loan spells at Dover Athletic and Gravesend & Northfleet. Son of former United player and manager Dean White, and also played for Eastbourne Borough and Lewes before rejoining United in December 2004. Earned a reputation as a midfield general earlier in his career, but his talents now lend themselves to central defensive or sweeper roles.

Central defender and Club captain who started at Eastbourne Borough, before moving to Rye & Iden United for the 2004/05 season. Signed for United in July 2005 and established himself as a First Team regular from the start of the following campaign. A series of consistent performances saw him named joint Supporters' Club player of the year for 2007/08, after which a proposed move to Ashford Town fell through at the last minute, seeing United retain his services for 2008/09.

Left sided midfielder who signed for United in August 2008 on a dual registration basis with Blue Square Premier neighbours Eastbourne Borough. Started the 2007/08 season playing for Eastbourne United Association in the County League, but a series of consistent performances earned him a move to Priory Lane towards the end of the campaign. Was subsequently released by the Club little more than two weeks into the new season.

Skipper of United's successful Under 18 and Reserve sides during the 2007/08 season, who briefly broke into the First Team squad in January 2008, having also made his debut in the Sussex Senior Cup at Wealden. A tough tackling and tenacious central midfielder by trade, who was on Brighton's books as a junior.

Livewire right sided midfielder, who first joined the Club in November 2007 following his release from Conference South side Cambridge City, having previously played at the same level for Fisher Athletic. His first goal for United belatedly brought the Club its first away league win of the season, at Margate in February 2008.

Signed for the Club in August 2008 after impressing in a series of pre-season matches. A tough tackling central midfielder who was released by Crawley Town at the end of the 2006/07 season, and featured for Bognor Regis Town, Worthing, Horsham YMCA and Burgess Hill Town during the following year, before arriving at the Pilot Field.

Highly talented and free scoring member of United's successful Under 18 side, who also became a regular in the Reserves during the 2007/08 season, before stepping up to the First Team in late October and scoring on his debut. Equally adept in an attacking central midfield role or as an out-and-out striker, he contributed a total of thirty-eight goals throughout the campaign, and earned himself a one year contract ahead of the 2008/09 season.

Joined United in June 2005 from Rye & Iden United, and quickly enhanced his reputation as a natural goalscorer with a fine start to his debut season, which saw him rewarded with the offer of a two year contract, later renewed for a further twelve months to the end of the 2007/08 campaign. Having finished as leading scorer on the Club's return to the Premier Division, he was then strongly linked with a summer move to Ashford Town, but United quickly exercised an option to extend his contract for another season and persuaded him to stay at the Pilot Field.

Vastly experienced target man, who started his career as a professional with Brighton in 1999, and subsequently enjoyed brief spells at Yeovil and Dover, before joining Eastbourne Borough in July 2002. Spent six seasons at Priory Lane, amassing 185 goals in 283 appearances, helping Borough rise to the top flight of the non-league pyramid, but then joined United on a one year contract in June 2008, despite attracting interest from several higher level clubs.

Former trainee at Millwall, who signed for United in November 2007 after a brief spell with Welling United, but was unable to force his way into a regular starting place, despite scoring a seven minute hattrick against Folkestone. A diminutive striker, blessed with electrifying pace, who has also played for Fisher Athletic and Dagenham & Redbridge.

Returned to United for a third spell in June 2008, signing a one year contract. First joined the Club at the end of March 2006, on a dual registration basis with Conference South side Maidenhead United, before re-signing towards the end of August 2006. Started his career as a trainee with Manchester United and signed for Bury upon his release from Old Trafford in June 2001. After just one season though, he dropped into the non-league game with Weymouth and moved to Lewes twelve months later, where he spent two successful seasons. Left the Dripping Pan at the end of the 2004/05 campaign and spent a brief spell with Horsham, before joining Maidenhead. Signed for County League side Ringmer following his release by United towards the end of October 2006, but a superb tally of forty-nine goals in the 2007/08 campaign led the Club to offer him a new deal.
