MANAGEMENT & BACKROOM STAFF

Dominic Di Paola
First Team Manager

Took the helm at the Pilot Field in October 2014 at the comparatively young age of thirty-three, but with his managerial record already speaking for itself. After having his playing career with Worthing and Worthing United cut short, he led Clymping to two promotions and one league title in his first three seasons in charge and then returned to Worthing United and won them a promotion at the first attempt. But it was his move to East Preston in the summer of 2011 that would really get him noticed. A County League Division Two league and cup double was secured twelve months later, with an RUR Cup success landed the following year, while 2013/14 saw Di Paola lead his side to a first ever County League title, again adding the League Cup for good measure.
